OK, so I have become a huge fan of fruit smoothies for my breakfast choice. I have also recently gained a new love of hemp milk...so creamy and nutty! Yep, I think everyone needs to try this new recipe.
1 cup hemp milk
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana (sliced)
1 T. ground flax meal
1 T. nut butter (almond, peanut, whatever)
Place all in a blender and blend until smooth. This makes one 16 oz. glass full of yummy goodness...hmmmm.
